p.s -
reason its framerate not same... it should be 23.976 FPS... hindi audio have 31.250 FPS

how to change its FPS without re-encoding again mkv toolnix not able to do it

ho sakte hai 24.000 fps hai audio aur PSA ka rip 23.976
