01 - Sabse Pehle Jo cut kia hai videos uska Videos Fps Dekha parta hai . 25Fps hai to usko 24fps karna parta hai .
Generally Videos 25 Fps main Hote hai . Aur v Fps ho sakta hai like 23 Fps etc . Humko 24Fps karna parta hai .
If Jayada practice hai To 25 FPS And Other main v kar sakte And Some Rare Case Jo Fps hai uspe . 24fps main videos ka Speed accha rehta hai.

*How To Remastered With Videos*

01 - Sabse Pehle Jo cut kia hai videos uska Videos Fps Dekha parta hai . 25Fps hai to usko 24fps karna parta hai .
01 - First of all, You have to check the FPS of the video that has been cut. If the video has 25Fps, You have to change it to 24Fps.

24fps main videos ka Speed accha rehta hai. And 25fps main Speed jayada Rehta Hai . So need To Change Fps
The speed of videos are good in 24Fps. And the speed of videos remains high in 25fps. So you have to change the Fps to 24.

Video ka Fps change Mkvtoolnix se Hota hai But Jo video ka Audio hai uska Fps Mkvtoolnix se Nhi hota hai . Megui se Hota hai so Changed.
The FPS of the video can be changed in Mkvtoolnix, But you cannot change the FPS of the audio in Mkvtoolnix. This can be done in Megui.

Yaha jo Demo ka video hai woh 25fps main hai so need to change Video FPS by Mkvtoolnix and Audio Fps By Megui .
Here the demo video has 25fps, You have to change the video fps using Mkvtoolnix and change the audio fps using Megui.

Yedi Video FPS 24 hai to usko change karna nhi parta . Direct Remastered kar sakte . Please Download Megui By this Link
If the video fps is 24 then it does not have to be changed. Can be Remastered directly. Please download Megui from this below link

or Google se v kar sakte hai . Megui ko downlaod karke c drive pe Extract karke uska short cut Destop main kar sakte hai . iska exe setup nhi aata hai .
And you can download Megui using Google as well. After downloading Megui, extracting it on the C drive, you can make a short cut of it in the desktop. It does not have an exe setup.

I think it is better to post this to make you aware about "Remastered by WAV"
This is not the REMASTERING process.
This is called "RE-SYNCING"
Here you are syncing a WAV audio file ripped from a Audio CD with a proper video file to the correct timestamps.
The WAV audio file that ripped from a Audio CD is already REMASTERED. (Especially Old Releases)
There has nothing to remaster again.
The AUDIO REMASTERING process includes,
* Noise Reducing
* Enhancing
* Amplitude.....etc.
VIDEO REMASTERING is an another process
This includes also,
* Noise Reduction
* Color Balancing
* Deinterlacing...and so many things.

Optional :-

PSARips also doing some type of remastering to their encodes.
They are removing noise and deinterlacing their encodes with a AviSynth filter called "TemporalDegrain2"
It takes about 8-9 hours to reencode the video with a high end PC.

I think you understand about what I say.

Now A days I m useing Speed option . Its Best then Tempo option .
Few Issue Got at Tempo Option Used . When going to Slow mode or Fast mode Work ..
Speed Option Get Always Best Result. So Request To Practice On Speed Option .
Which is just near at Tempo Option on AudaCity. All The Best .
