It has been less than a week since the release date for Sony Pictures’ highly-anticipated Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse sequel was announced. Because of this news, many fans are excited to see which new versions of Spider-Man will be featured in the sequel.
When Shannon Tindle, creator of the animated film Kubo and the Two Strings, reached out to executive producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller on Twitter, he happily offered his creative services to make a design of Takuya Yamashiro a.k.a Japanese Spider-Man for the animated sequel. Lord replied to Tindle, confirming that there’s already a designed for the character which means that there’s a possibility that the producers are considering to include Japanese Spider-Man in their new Spider-Men roster for Into the Spider-Verse 2.
