01. Audacity

02. ffmpeg [Use For Importing Video Directly]

01.open audacity
02.first we inport video source
03.cut a line of this song and select it
04.go to effect=change speed and note down its time duration like [00:11:528]
05.now import flac or wav audio file
06.and cut its same line like video source and select it
07.go to effect=change speed and change it to video source time
now match ur video souce line to flac line, now apply and you will see the mazic aftet play this
you can use this method in the whole song
note - during exporting pan should be center
