The EROS DVD is around the same run time, it's literally the same without the EROS intro

Frame rates can be adjusted to match audio for Hybrid. Check out Border hybrid in this below link. AMZN video (25 FPS) Hybrid with DVD (29.97 FPS) 5.1 surround audio.

Here, The problem is with this Khakee movie is aspect ratio, not with the audio. NF released this movie along with the 5.1 audio.
The aspect ratio issue can be resolved as well.
