Mediainfo on my Pahe copy says delay is 19 s 745 ms (after changing to 24 fps)
Mind you the value changes a bit once you mux.

I dont know the reason but the value changes little bit every time I mux.
So real delay should be between 19 & 20 secs I guess

I think the problem is summit entertainment logo screen which is 19 seconds long. Yes I have used 19200 delay but it abruptly skips summit logo which i don't like. Do you have any solution to that. Thanks.

If you put delay.. there will be silence.. because there is no audio to play in the beginning.
That is what a delay means. Sure you haven't noticed it before ??
Only way to solve it, is ask someone to make a synced hybrid audio.

Likewise some movies need a negative (minus) delay.. in that case you don't get to hear the initial sounds... cause it starts somewhat before actual video.
