1-Always stay friendly.

2-Never become personal or take insults personal. Stay calm and try to get the situation under control.You are more matured than others in forum.

3-Always try to be polite.

4-Be Helpful. And make ShareSpark a warm and welcoming place.

5-Provide detailed solutions if you know about problems for the users.

6-Bring in new users to the our website.

7-Think this as your own home.

8-Plz Try to Be online at least 1 hour per day.

9-Try to reply to new members' posts

10-Being a mod is not a status symbol, its a responsibility

11-Use moderator tools only if you absolutely need to,like giving infractions or using ban feature , warnings etc.

12-Act as a Mediator where needed and help facilitate discussions.

13-Be friendly and try to answer any questions to the best of your ability.

14-Contribute in the section you moderate.

15-Double post are not entertained.More than two double post in a single day may result in negative reputation
