This is still new to me and I am still learning, will convert it into FLAC next time, hope it is not going to compress the audio quality.

Yes.. there is no need to change flac into wav.. u still export flac into flac without quality loss... I know there is always leads to some compression in quality in case of re-encoding ( which is almost negligible if u keep the properties same as original flac like sample rate , bit depth etc in audacity
