Yeah so like 2 days ago i observed this that the files in my dive aren't accessible to the other users that i have added them in the shared drive.. 

Also they cant download it and also the file cannot be accessed by any means supposedly there's a music video in my shared drive... the video will be fully accessible to me but not at all to the other members in my dive.

Id anyone finds out anything about it.. then post here.!

same problem for me. Other member cant access/download the file.

it says: "Download quota exceeded for this file, so you can't download it at this time."

PROBLEM SOLVED.......... i guess

it's our "Shared Drives" IS problem. i think our shared drives are in under mentenance. I change my "Shared drive" also all members; it's works FINE for me NOW. I didn't Know the Exact reason for happaning this situation. But Changing "Shared drive" is work for me.
